Glamorgan Sausages

Method:

Divide the egg yolk from the white of an egg.
Mix all the dry ingredients and bind with the yolk of egg.
Divide into small sausages and roll in flour.
Dip each into the white of egg roll in breadcrumbs and fry in Olive Oil.
Serve with creamed potatoes or chips.

Ingredients:

1 egg
A little very finely chopped onion
A pinch of mixed herbs
A pinch of mustard
Pepper and salt
150g (5 ozs.) bread crumbs
75g (3 ozs.) grated cheese
