Reputedly a haunted building, the Captain's Wife overlooks Sully Island, the Bristol Channel and the Somerset and Devon coastline.
Cask Ales, wines, ciders, bar snacks and meals.

Recently taken over by brewers Mitchell & Butler, the pub serves good beers and, surprisingly for a chain of pubs, food that you can taste at reasonable prices, served by pleasant and efficient staff in varied, attractive dining areas within the pub.
A large garden with tables and chairs and sunshades, provides pleasant surroundings if you want to eat or drink outside. There are also benches and tables by by the sea wall where a superb view across the causeway to Sully Island and the Bristol Channel can be enjoyed.
