The course will be run by Nick Gough, a bushcraft and survival expert, who back in July 2009 spent a week on the Island battling the elements living off rabbits , fish and edible plants.

Sailings depart from the Channel View Leisure Centre on the River Taff CF11 7HB and exit into the Bristol Channel via the Cardiff Bay Barrage Locks.

Free parking is also available at the departure point, Channel View Leisure Centre.
